Cuvée Rosé from Maison Jean-Noël HATON embodies the excellence of Champagne expertise. A harmonious blend of 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir, of which 10% is vinified as red wine, produces a champagne of rare elegance.
After at least three years of meticulous aging, this champagne reveals a delicately perfumed nose, with notes of fresh red fruit, redcurrant and strawberry.
On aeration, nuances of stone fruit, sloe and orange zest emerge, evolving into complex notes of pine resin and a subtle toasted touch.
On the palate, the attack is both savory and racy, giving way to an ample, generous finish, prolonged by a long aftertaste.
An exceptional champagne, to be enjoyed as a summer aperitif with friends, or to enhance fruit desserts, especially strawberry tart.
